Client contact
1) Claim information is received
2) We speak to the PCO client as soon as possible to establish the needs of the driver (such as requirement of a substitute PCO ready vehicle) or situation
3) Acknowledgement is sent back to the client
4) Local claim handling team is informed to establish the timescales on a replacement vehicle
5) Contact is made with the 3rd party, witnesses and insurers to discuss liability and the ABI protocols (Where appropriate)
Claim processing
1) Assess all of our findings and make a decision to accept, hold or reject the claim as appropriate
2) Communicate the findings and decision back to the client and the introducer
3) Arrange for a replacement plated vehicle to be supplied (where appropriate)
